“We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.”

“We had the best time! The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of the Strip. It’s got a bit of older charm and would love a little TLC remodel, but honestly, the huge, roomy spaces totally made up for it! Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We spent so much time relaxing at the pool and spa. We had such a blast and will absolutely be returning!”

“Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆”

“One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property is clean and focused on relaxation. We had a two bedroom suite and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Location is central to downtown Palm Springs and 45 minutes from Joshua Tree. 10/10”

“Housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing and will take care of anything you need. Location , pool and views were the best. Walking distance to all the stores and dining in town. Room was nice and loved the snacks and bubbly that was provided in the fridge. Continental Breakfast was included and served at the hotel next door by the pool. That was an extra treat for sure. This place will be for sure on my list for another stay in Palm Springs.”

“The property is located away from the downtown crowds and noise but close enough to walk to the main section of the downtown area. The Ingleside Inn has history and style reminiscent of a bygone era. Featuring, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Palms Springs, Melvyn’s, on the property, this adult only Inn is perfect. Included with your stay you have access to the Avalon Hotel and all its facilities, which includes multiple swimming pools and a bar. We enjoyed our stay, we especially……
